All Sessions must be paid at time of booking. A service charge of $15.00 will be assessed to your credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc for no shows or canceled sessions less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment

Help with Katie is unable to meet with you at time of scheduled session a full refund will be credited back to your method of payment.
helpwithkatie wil do it best to reschedule sessions if appointments can not be kept due to webpage down server, power outage etc.
